Dynamite Recruitment are an award-winning recruitment agency in the South. Formed in 2011, they had quickly outgrown their previous branding and soon realised their existing brand was no longer a good reflection of their values, service offering and ambition.
As well as developing a new visual identity, Dynamite Recruitment wanted to build a brand experience that celebrated their honest and direct approach to recruitment, resonating with both clients and candidates and setting them apart from the crowd.
Building upon what already existed, we identified a clear set of values and tone of voice to enable us to create a confident and memorable identity that positioned Dynamite as the go-to recruiters in Hampshire and the South.
Working together with Dynamite, we created a bold new wordmark, evolving the existing red and introducing a deep purple to perfectly compliment. We also redefined Dynamite’s typographic approach, using the condensed uppercase font and swapping the ‘i’ for an exclamation mark, alluding to their tenacious can-do values.
We worked to position Dynamite by coming up with the ‘Ignite Your Search’ strap line, helping to tie the brand together and communicate the essence of their business to both clients and candidates alike. In addition, a new suite of divisional icons was created and we developed a secondary colour palette to help organise and communicate their versatile recruitment offering, spanning several sectors.
The brand has been rolled out across print and digital media, from industry-specific report brochures, event banner stands and social media job posts.
